GlowTogether are prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.  

 

2.Shipping methods and deadlines

 

Shipping within the Netherlands: 2–5 business days (DHL)

Shipping to Europe: 5-10 business days

International shipping outside Europe: 10-20 business days ⚠️ Note: Delivery times may vary due to delays from the courier company or customs.

3.Shipping costs

Standard shipping within the Netherlands: mailbox package €4.15 and postal package €5.45 

Belgium: mailbox package €10.00 and postal package €14.00

Germany: mailbox package€11.50 standard postal package €18.00

Spain: mailbox package€11.50 standard postal package €18.00

 Free shipping from €50 of purchase International shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout

4. Tracking number

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped. You can use it to track your order in real time through the carrier's website. 

5.Damaged or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged or you do not receive it, please contact us immediately at: Email: info@glowtogether.nl We will do everything possible to solve the problem by replacing or refunding as appropriate.

 6. Additional information

 Orders may be subject to import taxes or customs if they  are shipped outside the Netherlands. We reserve the right to modify shipping methods and costs; any changes will apply to orders placed after the update of this policy.
